Air Quality Monitoring Equipment

Power:
Primary in/out power is universal 120/240 VAC, 50/60 Hz. AC power input is 90-260 VAC at 47-63 Hz. All standard over/under voltage and noise immunity specifications prevails, including UL, CSR and CE type certification. Fusing adequate to protect both this instrument and the load wiring connected to the AC relay is included.
24 VDC power for user loads: 24 VDC power at a minimum of 5.0 amp is supplied to power external analytical sensors. Short circuit protection and all characteristics of line/load stability similar to VT-PS-024-01N apply.

Host Communications:
The AWS 2000 interfaces via Ethernet or a two wire RS485 connection, using standard Eagle protocol as an EtherTRAK (I/O Slave) device. The communications are electrically isolated from the CD power and sensors connected to the AWS 2000. The RS485 port is only specified to talk to Eagle protocol priorities modified to be an alternative to the Ethernet port. It is fixed at 9600 baud, 8 data bits, no parity.

Screw Terminal Roster:
Four 20 mA Analog Inputs
RS485 Port
Ethernet port - 10Base-T connector

The analog ports are 14-bit resolution and single ended (return to common ground connection). Ethernet port uses an Eagle Station Address which is field-settable in the range of 60-69. Station address range can be altered at the factory only.

Screw terminals are provided. Terminal rosters are incorporated to customer requirements.

General Product Specifications

Configuration:
The Eagle AWS 2000 comes from the factory pre-configured, with no user setup required except for the field-settable selection of station addresses.

Packaging:
The AWS 2000 is housed in a NEMA 1 enclosure, suitable for wall mounting or stand alone mounting. The housing has an external LED indicator that indicates present status (through a red translucent window).

Certificates and Compliance:
This product conforms to UL508 (CUL) and CE.

The AWS series of IAQ meters are not intrinsically safe. They are not designed to be used in an explosive or potentially explosive atmosphere. The AWS series of IAQ monitors is UL listed.
